Recognition & good practice

The Summit design includes creative space for young people’s voices, for example through art and essay platforms for beneficiaries of skilling and employment programmes. Watch this space for how formal awards or showcases may be organised around the 2026 programme.

How this fits the 2026 programme

The concept sets aside creative space for art, essays, and stories from young people in skilling and employment programmes, alongside plenaries, breakouts, and the expo. Recognition should reinforce that young people are not an audience only, but contributors to the national conversation on skills and jobs.

Whether through certificates, a moment in plenary, or a digital gallery, the focus will stay on recognising effort that others can learn from, not only “winners and losers,” but patterns that can be supported at scale. Partners who want to sponsor a category should contact the secretariat with a clear, youth-friendly plan.
